Host business associates or catch up with friends over the refreshed Executive Set Lunch – the 2-Course Executive Set Lunch (S$28++) comprises a choice of main and dessert, while the heartier 3-Course Executive Set Lunch (S$33++) consists of a main with a choice of starter and dessert.

Be spoiled for choice with the array of scrumptious mains available – the Impossible Beef Lasagne is a meat alternative featuring savoury Impossible Beef ‘Bolognese sauce’, while the Chilli Con Carne Quesadilla is a robust stew of minced beef and vegetables in warm spices rolled in a tortilla with mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese.

What is Chinese New Year without pineapple tarts?

The Marmalade Pantry’s hand-rolled Golden Pineapple Tarts (S$24+) feature slow-cooked jammy Thai pineapple filling which is lightly spiced and aromatic with subtle hints of pandan and cinnamon, all encased within an addictive, buttery pastry.

Holding a perfect balance of flavours, each bite brings about a lingering sweetness; one that is rich enough to excite the palate yet light enough to keep the flavour from saturating.

Another popular CNY snack that The Marmalade Pantry is known for is the Sambal Shrimp Rolls (S$22+). These rolls break apart to reveal a fine, savoury stuffing of fried shrimps with a mix of aromatics such as dried chilli, shallots, garlic, and tamarind paste. Featuring succulent minced chicken thigh, the preparation begins with a fish sauce-based marinade recipe, followed by a time-honoured charcoal-smoking process to impart a smoky fragrance.

Made with soya bean, the Honey Mustard Roast Crackers ($20+) is deep-fried to golden brown perfection. The soy crisps are then generously coated with a tangy honey mustard seasoning and tossed with a fresh herbaceous garnish of rosemary and chives.
