Tealily Cafe is one of the smallest cafes in Bangkok, but it is still so popular anyway. Do you know why?

Because, Matcha. Yes, when you do your matcha drinks and desserts well, everyone will love you. That is how Tealily Cafe in Bangkok rose to fame despite its size. We made a trip down recently and realised why everyone has been flooding social media with photos of their photogenic matcha drinks and desserts.

<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display: inline-block; width: 336px; height: 280px;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-1199323522078805" data-ad-slot="9464314347"></ins> <ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display: inline-block; width: 336px; height: 280px;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-1199323522078805" data-ad-slot="9464314347"></ins>

It goes without saying that you need to take a sip of Tealily Cafe’s Matcha Latte (THB130). Nothing too complicated about this; just a cup of simple, warm green tea drink prepared with Japanese matcha powder.

Then, there is the Matcha Brownie that everyone photographs too. Apart from being a photogenic block of green mess, the Matcha Brownie (THB130) spots a very dense texture and is packed with matcha in every bite.

But matcha is not everything to everyone. There are the ones who prefer roasted tea, and Tealily Cafe has houjicha too; think (most of) the matcha drinks and desserts with a houjicha option. We actually really enjoyed the Houjicha Latte (THB130) too for it was such a comforting cup of earthy flavours.

<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display: inline-block; width: 336px; height: 280px;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-1199323522078805" data-ad-slot="9464314347"></ins>

Anyone else loves Dango (Japanese mochi-like sweet dumpling)? The cute sweet always gets to us, and like the Japanese, we like ours with kinako powder. Get yourself a serving of the Kinako Dango (THB145) at Tealily Cafe too!

There is a tiny merchandise corner within the cafe where you get to bring home little Japanese knick knacks, and that includes snacks such as Matcha and Houjicha Spread!
