CHYE KEE GOLDHILL ROASTED CHICKEN RICE

While their signboard reads ‘Chye Kee Roasted Chicken Rice”, we recommend ordering their dry macaroni instead. Apart from being a rather unique and uncommon kopitiam-style food, we feel it does the popular stall more justice than their regular chicken rice—which we found to be rather dry.

The dry macaroni is topped with blanched chye sim, roast chicken and swims in a delicious dark sauce.
