<p>Specialising in the best premium Japanese wagyu that melts in your mouth, Fat Cow is a Japanese steakhouse where you can enjoy an extensive array of top-of-the-line Japanese beef.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213669" alt="MIYOSHI by Fat Cow" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/MIYOSHI-by-Fat-Cow.jpg" width="1200" height="630" /></p>
<p>Fans of the award-winning fine-dining Japanese restaurant will be thrilled to know that they have opened MIYOSHI by Fat Cow, a new modern dining concept at Mess Hall in Sentosa.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213871" alt="MIYOSHI Mess Hall" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/MIYOSHI-Mess-Hall.jpg" width="1200" height="800" /></p>
<p>MIYOSHI, which translates to ‘three graces’, is an allusion to the restaurant’s roots and its concept. A culinary collaboration by Head Chef Shingo Iijima of Fat Cow and Sous Chef Nigel Loh, MIYOSHI by Fat Cow focuses on three iconic dining experiences of Japanese cuisine – ramen, teppan-kaiseki and omakase.</p>
<p><span id="more-213658"></span></p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213670" alt="Miyoshi fat cow teppanyaki" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-fat-cow-teppanyaki.jpg" width="1500" height="1000" /></p>
<p>If it is your first time visiting MIYOSHI by Fat Cow, we highly recommend going for their dinner Teppan-Kaiseki (S$280+++ and additional S$78++ for a 4-glass sake pairing) &#8211; an exquisite 11-course meal which showcases some of the best offerings by the modern Japanese restaurant. We were simply blown away by the sheer lavishness of the premium ingredients.</p>
<p>MIYOSHI by Fat Cow&#8217;s Teppan-Kaiseki dinner menu</p>
<ul>
<li>Zensai</li>
<li>Fresh Spring Rolls &amp; Wagyu Tartare</li>
<li>Wagyu Sawani-wan</li>
<li>Straw Smoked Hokkaido Scallops</li>
<li>Uni Soba</li>
<li>Yuzu Butter Madai</li>
<li>Steamed Abalone</li>
<li>Teppan Style Sukiyaki</li>
<li>Wagyu Tenderloin A4</li>
<li>Signature Garlic Rice</li>
<li>Black Sesame Tofu</li>
</ul>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213671" alt="Miyoshi fat cow appetiser" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-fat-cow-appetiser.jpg" width="1000" height="1500" /></p>
<p>The meal began with a series of appetisers in the form of &#8220;light bites&#8221;. The Wagyu Kinome Yaki was a no-frills kind of appetiser &#8211; just a lovely piece of wagyu that&#8217;s pan-seared to a perfect tenderness.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213678" alt="Miyoshi fat cow wagyu teppanyaki" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-fat-cow-wagyu-teppanyaki.jpg" width="1000" height="1500" /></p>
<p>A thinly-sliced A4 wagyu slice was lightly boiled then simmered in a lovely dashi broth with shredded vegetables, and the end result was simply sublime. What a way to start our Teppan-Kaiseki!</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213672" alt="Miyoshi fat cow hokkaido scallps" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-fat-cow-hokkaido-scallps.jpg" width="1000" height="1500" /></p>
<p>These Straw Smoked Hokkaido Scallops has redefined scallops for us. Probably among the hugest scallops we&#8217;ve ever seen, these plump babies were carefully teppanyaki-grilled for that hint of smokiness while retaining the juiciness.</p>
<p>The Uni Soba was such a pretty dish! And it tasted as good as it looked. You get fresh uni atop cold soba, topped with nikumiso and soba sauce &#8211; the dish was creamy with a nice texture, and subtly sweet.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213673" alt="Miyoshi fat cow sea bream" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-fat-cow-sea-bream.jpg" width="1000" height="1500" /></p>
<p>This dish of Yuzu Butter Madai was superb! A fresh chunk of a sea bream is seared on the teppan, then coated with yuzu kyoto miso and served with sweet seasonal vegetables; light flavours, yet packs a punch.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213674" alt="Miyoshi fat cow wagyu sukiyaki" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-fat-cow-wagyu-sukiyaki.jpg" width="1000" height="1500" /></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 300;">The highlight for us was the Teppan Style Sukiyaki. Luxuriate in a slice of marinated wagyu, served in a b</span>lack truffle sukiyaki and egg yolk sauce &#8211; we were so in awe of this dish that we wanted more.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213675" alt="Miyoshi Fat Cow Wagyu Tenderloin A4" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-Fat-Cow-Wagyu-Tenderloin-A4.jpg" width="1000" height="1500" /></p>
<p>Saving the best for the last, we had the Wagyu Tenderloin A4. It was lightly seasoned with salt and pepper to allow the natural flavour of the beef to shine. You can always count on the Fat Cow team to serve the best steaks!</p>
<p>Other than the Teppan-Kaiseki, MIYOSHI by Fat Cow offers other a la carte dishes and you can choose from various menus including Teppanyaki, Robatayaki, Sukiyaki, Shabu Shabu, Donburi and Ramen.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213676" alt="Miyoshi fat cow wagyu beef" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-fat-cow-wagyu-beef.jpg" width="844" height="1500" /></p>
<p>From the prized Satsuma beef to the renowned Hida beef, and everyone&#8217;s favourite Miyazaki beef, MIYOSHI by Fat Cow offers some of the best premium Japanese beef in Singapore.</p>
<p><img class="alignnone size-full wp-image-213679" alt="Miyoshi teppanyaki" src="https://www.ladyironchef.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/04/Miyoshi-teppanyaki.jpg" width="1000" height="1500" /></p>
<p>Go for their Robatayaki-style Satsuma A4 Tenderloin (S$158) or Hida A5 Wagyu Ribeye (S$148). And not forgetting the crowd-favourite wagyu donburi. You can go for the Wagyu Yakiniku Donburi or try the Hida Wagyu Ribeye &amp; Satsuma Tenderloin Donburi teppanyaki-style.</p>
<p>Another highlight of MIYOSHI by Fat Cow is the Wagyu Shoyu Ramen (S$58++) that features premium Miyazaki A4 wagyu presented in shabu-style slices.</p>
<p>From now till 30 June 2023, when you dine with a guest for the teppan-kaiseki dinner set menu, pay by Mastercard and receive a complimentary bottle of sake.</p>
