<p>Joy Luck Teahouse is bringing in the signatures from the 3 top iconic Hong Kong brands—Hoover Cake Shop, Kam Kee Cafe &amp; Tak Hing Fish Ball Company.</p>
<p>The newly-launched Hong Kong-style Café at Ion Orchard is conceptualised by former TVB producer Mr Robert Chua who is behind Kam&#8217;s Roast Singapore and Tim Ho Wan.</p>
<p>Look forward to Hoover Cake Shop&#8217;s egg tarts (choose from puff pastry and a butter cookie type, Kam Kee Cafe&#8217;s pineapple buns and Hong Kong-style milk tea, and Tak Hing Fishball Company&#8217;s Hong Kong Fish Balls.</p>

<p>Joy Luck Teahouse will be offering two types of egg tarts from Hoover Cake Shop—a puff pastry and a butter cookie type.</p>
<p>Kam Kee Cafe&#8217;s pineapple buns (Bo Luo Bao) and Hong Kong-style milk tea will be making their debut in Singapore. Other than the classic Bo Lou Yau (pineapple bun with a thick slab of butter), the Bo Luo Bao also comes with different fillings including kaya and luncheon meat.</p>
<p><b>Fans of Tak Hing Fishball Company will be delighted that the authentic Hong Kong curry-flavoured fish balls are now available in Singapore.</b></p>
<p>Joy Luck Teahouse will be opening a second outlet at Bugis Junction next month.</p>
