<p style="text-align: justify;">Do not forget to try the Singapore Chili Crab, Crab And Egg Au Gratin, Black Pepper Crab and Indian Crab Curry. If you have room for more, we would recommend the Chili Crab Pasta, Crab Popiah and Soft Shell Crab Maki as well.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">But the one that stood out the most was definitely the Salted Egg Crab. The salted egg sauce was silky, smooth, and incredibly flavourful. Contrary to popular stigma that salted egg dishes are generally heavy, we were surprised that despite the sauce being robust, it was still kept relatively light.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Hand Tossed Lobster Roll, Roasted Lobster Bisque and Singapore Lobster Laksa are all available for every Wednesday&#8217;s spread. The oyster omelette is prepared at the live station a la minute style, and it comes a special homemade chilli sauce that is super addictive.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">At the Popiah station, you can choose to roll one for yourself or get the chef to get one done for you.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">And we have to say that buffet lines usually do not impress with steaks/ roasts because they end up being too hard and dry from sitting around, but J65&#8242;s roast was actually still warm, tender and flavourful! It completely took us by surprise and we had seconds! Don&#8217;t forget to drizzle some Brown sauce over yours.</p>
