I had read about Aramsa Garden Spa at Bishan Park before. Some of my friends are regulars there, and they called it the best Spa in Singapore.

A few weeks ago, I was at The Green Room Cafe (also under the Aramsa Spa group) for a media tasting, and they gave us a spa voucher to enjoy a free treatment. This was the perfect excuse to finally make time to try the massage therapy at Aramsa Spa.

The best part about Aramsa Spa is the relaxing atmosphere. The garden surroundings made me feel that I’m away from the hustle of the city.

It is no secret that I really loveee spa. I will always ask for recommendations of good Spa/massage places whenever I go overseas for holiday. Even when I am in Singapore, I will try to go for massage regularly as I have a very bad shoulder and neck ache.

Whilst there are many massage therapies to choose from at Aramsa Spa Bishan Park, I tried the inner respite ($118 for 60mins/ $158 for 90mins) – which focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissues. The other kinds of massage include the signature aramsa’s massage, Swedish, Thai, Tui Na, and many more. Prices range from $98 to $118 for 60 mins, and $138 to $180 for 90 mins.

Initially, I was recommended the signature Aramsa Touch, a fusion of Eastern Meridian and Western Classical massage techniques. But I wanted something stronger for my shoulder ache, so the staff advised me to go for the inner respite.

I am not going into the details, but I thoroughly enjoyed the sixty minutes of bliss.

Indulge yourself with a good massage at the Aramsa Spa at Bishan Park, and I’m sure that you will be ready to face all the challenges again!

Is Aramsa Spa the Best Spa in Singapore? I can’t say for sure, there are after all, so many spa places in Singapore. It is though, my new favourite amongst all the luxury spas.
