Aqua S—Sydney’s famous soft serve shop—is opening in Singapore. For all the dessert fans out there with an incurable sweet tooth, be prepared to get the sugar rush of your lifetime.

Aqua S’ famous blue-hued soft serve has taken the internet by storm and stunning pictures of this dessert have flooded our Instagram feeds ever since it was founded in 2016.

The mastermind behind these whimsical desserts, Aqua S, will be opening their first outlet in Singapore at Orchard Xchange. Here’s what you can expect besides insanely long queues.

Aqua S is most famous for their pastel blue sea salt-flavoured swirls that are often accompanied with toppings including toasted marshmallows, caramel popcorn, popping candy and of course, their signature dreamy fairy floss.

But that’s not all—Aqua S boasts over 130 rotational different flavours, all of which are pastel-coloured. This includes flavours such as D24 durian, apple cinnamon pie, tiramisu, grapefruit and taro.

Make sure to try their signature sea salt flavour, which was inspired by the famous sea salt ice-cream from Okinawa, Japan. This flavour will be permanent on the menu.

Like their outlet in Sydney, Singapore’s Aqua S will offer ever-changing flavours. Their soft serve flavours will rotate on the 1st and 16th of every month, so you may look forward to something new and exciting every fortnight! Prices start from S$5.70 for a plain cone and an additional S$0.80 for each topping.
