We were served a diverse range of meats, including ox tongue, pork cheek fillet, pork belly, lamb intercostal and more.

The wagyu beef cuts were definitely the highlight of our meal with the great marbling on every piece. Each slice of the Wagyu Karubi (Wagyu Beef Short Rib) and Wagyu Rosu (Wagyu Beef Rib Eye Cap) was cut into sizeable pieces for easy eating.

Those who are seeking to take their tastebuds on an adventure should also try the Wagyu Yukke Sashimi (Marinated Wagyu Beef with Egg Yolk) and Wagyu Sashimi (Wagyu Beef Sashimi).

Taste the flavours of the ocean with the seafood selections here such as fresh sashimi along with giant scallops, large pieces of prawn and Hokkaido jumbo oysters.

We thoroughly enjoyed the seafood assortment here. The vibrant pieces of sashimi tasted fresh while the giant scallops we seared on the grill were tender and appetising.
