Service has slightly improved since the last visit. The drink (looks like frappe) has no taste. Chocolate muffin was hard n crispy

20 November Evening
Have to start with the bad service because it was so slow!!! I came in the cafe a few times already at night but they all look like zombie. Never smile. Her face like don’t want to serve us. Cannot blame it on them both because only one of them very slow, look so blur like she don’t know what she was doing la. The malay girl was ok, she was fast and friendly. When I came in the cafe with my family n kids, she was the only one who said ‘welcome’
Was so frustrated because I waited at the counter for awhile before the chinese girl served me. And when I asked her for ice water, she still can look at her phone before serving me leh !!! I looked at her face and she still can frown at me. So rude! And when I get the ice water, the cup so dirty.
Another hygiene problem is the flies inside the cafe. Got aircon but dont know why got flies inside so irritating. Don’t know NEA got check or not. and she was wearing earrings. Don’t know whether the staff got go for the f&B course because it’s number one rule to not wear jewellery in the f&b counter. Nonsense service and staff.

The original waffles was nice. Added it with speculloos ice cream. The only good thing was the food. The service was not so. Can somebody do something about this please? So not professional eating with flies inside when got aircon. So unhygienic and disgusting! Might as well I bring the plate outside at the kopitiam beside and eat there.

Better think 5 times before going to this cafe! The service so slow and rude staff! A lot of flies and dirty cups. Won’t recommend it to anybody.
