Is it raw, or pasteurised though? Once it undergoes any kind of heat treatment, it’s not raw. Just like how some of the Hokkaido milk sold as fresh on our shelves are actually UHT not fresh, as seen from their shelf lives and ability to be displayed non-refrigerated. Coz that makes a world of difference when it comes to price point, whether in Oz or Japan.
