Can try Inspirit House at The Punggol Settlement. Can drink, eat and has a kids play area.

I stay Punggol. Most of the store above i tried. I tell you. All are crap. Don’t waste time.
I travel to Hougang, Kovan, Bedok to have a nice meal, even when i stay punggol.
