Most wheelchair users see our chairs as freedom-enabling and prefer ‘wheelchair user’ rather than wheelchair bound. 85% of people who use wheelchairs can stand and take a few steps.

Also, it’s us reading this and wheelchair users can travel independently so you can say ‘you’ I stress if ‘your wheelchair bound visitor’.
