I was once a staff there and I’ve just worked there for three days, when I interviewed, I did told the boss that I’ve never been working as a ice cream cafe before, my previous F&B job was at Moi Tiki and Lowercase, she told mi my basic pay was $1700 and after three months will be $1800, when my first day worked, she scolded mi and said to mi that I never bring my brain to work and she is very rude, I was being hurt by her when she teaching mi how to use the ice cream machine, I sprained my feet, teaching people in a angrily attitude, do you think is good and do you think just the second day of my work I will know how to make ice cream using that machine and bad attitude towards mi , the more rudely way and angrily attitude mades mi more nervous cos she scolded mi like nobody business as long as she is happy with if, she won’t think about what she have said will end a person life if that person EQ is really low, that person will think is it I’m really so brainless? ?????????, not only you , the boss! Interview mi that day told mi my basic is $1709 and after three months, it will be $1800, but when last night before I went of earlier two hours before I knocked off, she told mi she told I’m not suitable for this job, fine… But than she told mi my basic is only $1500 which she change her mind and didn’t even brothered to let mi know, if let say I’ve already work there for one month and is only $1500, is it unfair to mi!!!!!! This is not the right way and I can tell you she is really very rude to mi but she is good to other colleagues except for mi, ????????? I can’t even use the straw there when I buy my own drinks, a forgetful person or maybe take it as s slow learner is not a sin! So please respect everybody, I didn’t tell you off when you’re being unreasonable is because you are my boss and I’m taking your salary but that doesn’t mean that you can behave like that, I’ve worked there for only three days and I’ve being treated like that for three days, and about the pay is really damn unfair to mi, she said is #1700 than she change her mind without telling mi, I didn’t signed anything but I will go to MOM and ask what it can be done…. I’ve showed her everything including my hygiene course cert and I don’t there no so other colleagues or she got the hygiene cert, I have to do something for nyself and I’m so surprised that they’re not using any gloves cos for my previous F&B jobs, if I must help up in the kitchen and need to touch any food or fruits, whatever things that have to be sell out, we must use gloves, last time when I was working in my previous F&B, if I forgot to use gloves, my manager will came to mi and reminded mi in a very nice way……I’ve already found another job, hopefully my boss is not like her, if not I will become crazy!!!!!
