Just to give you guys a heads up, the now defunct Restaurant Ember at Hotel 1929 has been replaced with a pop-up Bistro named Bistro November. 
As the name suggests, it&#039;ll only be until November. Helming the bistro is Aussie Chef John-Paul Fiechtner alongside Sommelier Sally Humble from the now sadly defunct Thirteen Duxton Hill. You should go try his &quot;Zero Waste Cuisine&quot; but go with an open mind.
