My friends and I recently visited this establishment during our holiday to bangkok and our experience there has been disappointing to say the least. The food itself was extremely overpriced for the food served. We wanted to choose a position in which we could view how the chefs prepared the food and incidentally witnessed the horror that transpired. We had ordered 4 things, the unagi roll, the salmon roll and the castella tamago, with a Apple lychee drink on the side. The first thing that we observed during the preparation process was that the unagi came in a cheap looking package which the staff conveniently tossed into the microwave to thaw, plastic and all. Secondly, the salmon maki was supposed to have an alternate topping of fresh sashimi and the scorched version. Both came out At a lukewarm temperature in which neither fulfilled the refreshingly cold or scalding hot requirement respectively. The tamago was a little fry, nothing to rave about. Lastly, the one ray of hope was the drink which was quite tasty but was topped off with a little ant swimming in it.

I would just like to add that the staff was pretty nice and courteous but value to quality ratio was so drastically inproportional that this review just HAD to be written.

Very disappointed with their service, communication problem, uni festival but out of stock. Unfriendly service crew! Really nothing to rave of!!
