I am very disappointed with their services after I joined the Indulgence Plus membership of the Park Hotel Group in October 2017. To my horror, on 27 January 2018 just less than 4 months after I joined the membership, I was informed by their agent that the Park Hotel Group is no longer selling the Indulgence Plus membership !

Never knew this kind of membership existed, thanks for introducing this to me. It would be great though to know whether there are pre-requisites for joining.
