I have been to both restaurants a couple if times. I agree that both Restaurant Par Andre and Joel Robuchon desreves 3 stars

I think Restaurant Andre should deserve a 3-stars.
Sushi Hashida, Ki-sho, Burnt Ends & Imperial Treasure at least 1-star.
