If you don’t speak mandarin or Cantonese, they will treat you differently. My British girlfriend went to 4S alone a few times and they were rude to her. But when I went with her and spoke Cantonese to them they were fine with her just speaking English.

Twice i went to four seasons, staff was nice. not sure is it cos i spoke cantonese? They even take quite good care of my girl, make sure she has child sit, buckle her up etc. Maybe i was lucky.
