Want a unique yusheng without straying too much from tradition? Plaza Brasserie has created the Fruitful Yusheng with Fruity Sauce.
It has mandarin orange, peach, rose apple, rock melon, dried persimmon, green mango and papaya, together with signature soft shell crab; tossed in Chef’s special fruity sauce, this is a marriage of tastes and textures.
The Fruity Yusheng will be part of the thematic buffet spread.
Alongside the yusheng are many other festive highlights in the buffet line, and they include Roast Whole Suckling Pig, Steamed Fish Fillet with Ginseng and Red Dates, Braised Pork Knuckle, Traditional Roast Pork Belly, Local Spiced Marinated Pork Neck and even Old Grandmother Black Vinegar Trotter.
