		<description><![CDATA[The worst service I have ever received!!!

The first time I ordered there was a vege and a non-vege option for a meal. I chose vegetarian, wrote very clearly in comments that I’m a vegetarian and got prawn instead. When I called the restaurant they said that rhe order contained no comments. When I called deliveroo they just refused responsibility. Had to fight for a long time, before they agreed to redeliver.

I thought maybe it was an accidental bad experience so I ordered again. This time after 30 mins (the expected delivery time initially was 30 mins) it was still showing 27 mins to delivery. When I called them they said, they can’t find a rider, told me they’ll call me back. No one called back. When I called back again, I was really angry, because it was still showing that no one had left to even pick up the food from the restaurant. They just plainly said “do you want us to cancel your order”
I said “well, can you deliver??” “Still trying to find someone to take the delivery” … Told them they could go ahead and cancel, but this is very unacceptable service. I wrote a feedback – no one has responded to it yet – AND THEY HAVE CHARGED ME FOR THE FOOD THAT THEY DIDNT DELIVER!!]]></description>
