Try to contain your excitement because Plaza Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Beach Road is going to re-introduce the ever popular ‘For the Love of Roasts’ buffet this year due to popular demand. With last year’s overwhelming response, the hotel has decided to redo their exciting buffet promotion this year from 5 October to 29 November 2015.

This is a party for carnivores, and a time for all of you to gather at Plaza Brasserie. Want some meats? Treat yourselves to this incredibly thrilling display of various meats that include Wagyu Sirloin, Black Angus Tenderloin, Wagyu D-Rump, New Zealand Boneless Lamb Leg, Braised Beef Tail, Hungarian-bred Mangalica Pork Collar/Neck and Rosemary Chicken.

New additions will also be made this year. You can expect premium cuts of meat that range from Wagyu Cube Roll to Braised Slow Cooked Beef Cheek and even the unique Squid Ink & Pork Bratwurst. Free flow of meat – this is quite essentially every carnivore’s dream, no?

We are the kind who would still love some comforting Asian food even at buffets. If you are like us, the buffet also includes a line-up of Asian food such as Essence of Black Herbal Mee Sua with Shredded Duck and Century Egg Porridge.

The buffet line-up will also showcase Plaza Brasserie’s ‘Best of Asia’ popular selections such as Nyonya Chilli Prawn, Bittergourd Scrambled Egg, Poached Market Fish with Black Bean Sauce and Braised Tofu with Beancurd Skin.
