Can i ask what were ur dimensions for the cake? I tried mine but the cheesecake layer was very thin and when i was spreading the cheese layer, the crust from the base came along up with it, so certain parts of the cheese became biscuity too, i think there should have been more butter For the biscuit to stick better and also a little more cheese, though j do understand that the standard cheese block is 250g

Your step 5 is misleading. After pouring cream cheese mixture into the cake tin, you cannot place the heart shaped strawberries on top of the cream cheese layer because the strawberries will sink all the way into the base! Should put the cream cheese mixture in the cake tin back to the fridge for at least half an hour. Then you can place the strawberries on the top of the semi harden cream cheese layer.
