Come 26th September 2015 and every subsequent last Saturday of the month, Cook & Brew will launch its first ever new dining concept – Saturday Night Roasts – where meat lovers get to indulge in unlimited servings of selected premium roasted meat. This exciting monthly fiesta will be made available every subsequent last Saturday of the month.
The edible extravaganza promises utmost satisfaction to all discerning diners with its spread of succulent meat, wide array of side dishes and delectable desserts.
The lavish dining hall will incorporate “live” carving stations and guests get to luxuriate in unlimited portions of three different roasts (on a rotational basis); Prime Ribeye, Catch of The Day and a Specialty Roast of The Day. Highlights include BBQ Turkey, Bone-in Veal Loin, Lamb Merguez Sausage, Prime Ribeye, Red Mullet, Suckling Pig, Whole Roasted Duck and more. Each superior meat is paired with tasty handcrafted gravies and/or sauces.
Besides the attention-grabbing meat cuts, guests also get to enjoy two cold plates, two starch and three vegetables per table. End your dinner on a sugary high note with Cook & Brew’s divine Marjolaine Cake. The French classic comprises of delicious buttercream, chocolate and meringue layers and is lovingly prepared by experienced French Pastry Chef Florent Castagnos.
The sensational monthly feast starts at 6pm and last orders will be taken at 9.30pm. At a reasonable price of S$95++, epicureans get to simultaneously dig into a scrumptious spread whilst admiring the picturesque daytime landscape transform into mesmerising city lights right before their eyes.
