Because I want to know HOW TO MAKE SANGRIA! I’ve read so many recipes and I’ve tried making them (and failed T_T).

And I’ve been meaning to check out Changi City Point for a while, just waiting for the right time to drag myself across the island to the East.

I love eating. I spend weekends exploring food and doing food trips in Singapore. Its my form of travelling across the globe through international food. No doubt i will love spanish fooood!!! – Tapas, paella negra, mechado…. Name it’!!! Hope i make it to this workshop! This can be good avenue for us to taste spanish food that we can prepare for our wedding too. Thanks Brad!

It is long overdue for me to truly appreciate a delicious and authentic Spanish meal and sangria. How can it be that the only Spanish food I have tasted before is paella?? Give me this chance to learn more about Spanish food

My knowledge of Spanish food is only paella and I love it. I have heard about many other great food but I didn’t really have the chance to try it. I wish this will be a good chance for me to know more about Spanish food. Of course if I have this chance to meet Brad and the whole ladyironchef family as a fan boy. I just have to imagine how great will that be.

I sing sung sang for SANGRIA!!! Love cooking and always wanted to try out Spanish food and experience the full burst of fresh ingredients that just elevates the palate. I’m so lucky to live in Singapore where food n cultures are diverse just like the rad combi of fruits all immersed into the red wine sangria to create a complex yet simply delightful flavour burst!
