Hi Lady Ironchef,

My introduction to the world of alcohol was through cocktails, and ever since, few other types alcohol has appealed to me as much as cocktails do! I love how cocktails can change the taste of an otherwise bland but burning drink, from sweet and tangy to coffee-like! Cocktails are very adaptive, and they also give a sense of great fun! For this reason, I would like to learn more about my favourite type of drink!

Mixology is a form of art that is very underrated. Most people look at mixology in the form of just mixing drinks for people who wants to drink but in fact, it takes certain skills to perfect a drink. If given a chance, it will be a good opportunity to get in touch with something that most people wouldn’t think much of.
