Roast Duck is my mum’s favorite food. Xin Cuisine serves great roast duck and it is definitely a great choice to bring our beloved mother for a delicious Mother’s Day dinner!

Mummy: The roast duck I cooked is the best.
Me: But Mummy, you gotta try the roast duck at Xin Cuisine! And this is not to mention the duck is roasted with tea leaves that leaves a unique fragrance with a woody note and “home-style” feel. And I must not foget to mention their chilled mango coulis and hashima in mini pumpkin will leave you screaming for more pleasssssssssssse…. And their sea perch, your favourite hearty brown rice.. (and yes im drooling alreeeady)
Mummy: ya ya outside food is the best for you lah.
Me: But Mummy Mummy you really gotta try it…

Sad! I really hope I can prove Mummy wrong and bring her to Xin Cuisine raost duck one fine day!~

THE ROAST PORK. I WOULD LOVEEEEE TO TRY THE ROAST PORK! Really, how can anyone resist that?!? Truth be told, I don’t even eat roast pork that much because it had never appealed to me BUT it just looked so freaking amazing and WONDERFULLY CRISPY here I wish I could grab it out from my computer screen and devour it all by myself!! I really hope that I can get the voucher so that I can head down and get my roast pork plus share this delicious goodness with my family (and of course, how can I not try the other dishes right?!? the sesame ball with red bean and liqueur chocolate sounds like a freaking DREAM and the chilled mango coulis and hashima served in mini pumpkin looks wayyyy to darn cool and cute – I’ve never seen any dessert like this!) . ladyironchef is the first website that comes to mind when I am searching for the best foods to try out in Singapore. Thanks for your continuous trying and recommendation! I would love love love to try out the bbq suckling pig. Bbq suckling pig is a good gauge of a Chinese restaurant and especially because I’m cantonese.

I would definitely like to try their dim sum, especially the custard bun which looks good from the picture and description. I should be chosen because my family usually only eats together when we go out for yum cha on weekends which is rare so I would like an opportunity with this giveaway without having to worry too much about money constraints.
