Please do not fall trap to the blood type diet  fad. I followed the blood type diet in Nov 2013. At the end of the May 2015, my cholesterol  levels went from 120 to 280. And I had cell changes (aka pre cancerous cell change). I am 34 this year, Singaporean Chinese.

I am blood type B and followed a diet of suitable vegetables, beef, dairy and eggs and abstained from chicken. I wouldnt normally post comments but I didnt want anyone to end up like me.
