Yes, staff are rule and impatient. Frankly, one time experience is enough for me no matter how good the food is. Food is actually so so only and I was stressed out eating there.

Went to ADC for the second time over a 1 year period. Scrambled eggs were above average the first time but nothing special. Today the eggs were both deficient in quantity and quality (dry and tasteless).

Most can speak in English but make a choice not to. Especially so if you look of an Asian descent. Other than being comfortable in their first language, there is also an element of pride in Cantonese language.

The steamed eggs has increased it’s price to hkg 26. I agreed on the part where the staff are rude n as rude as ever. They are not friendly to help you in letting you know what can b ordered, they just rudely inform you (if you are lucky that they wanna inform you) that there is only 1 type to choose from – scrambled eggs or sunny side up.

I went during lunar new year period, the only waiters that greeted their customers are those who received Ang baos from these customers. And apparently, the waiters have stacks of Ang baos in their eye catching white top uniform.

Actually I think they are not rude and unwelcome. It’s just that it aligned with the fast pace of Hong Kong as it’s not a place to stay long and chat and eat. It’s fast food!
