It will be good if I win cos I was actually looking to get some takeaway for the reunion dinner. I have no time to cook with 7 children. Addition to the Nian Gao, the kids will be so happy, especially from TungLok and this year, my brother an sister wants me to host the dinner at my place! I would like to win this because last year we hasd our reunion dinner at tunglok and the food there was awesome. Especially the lohei and nian gao! With the extra touch of the crispy salmon skin totally elevated the whole dish and as for the nian gao, it is not too sweet yet satisfying.
