it still allows cigarette smoking in restaurants. You have no way to tell
Which restaurant is smoker&#039;s heaven 
(and hell for you). You might have 
ordered an expensive meal and then 
people in next table started to smoke. 
For this reason, Japan is no longer a 
first class destination in my mind. 
Now I prefer Europe and North America 
for their clear non-smoking policy in 
restaurants. That&#039;s a minimum 
qualification for a decent country.]]></description>
