Waiting for soufflé requires patience, but straight out from the oven, it is instant gratification. Once you start digging your spoon into the soufflé cup, it is impossible to stop. Here is our guide to Singapore’s best soufflé.
Served with a scoop of with gianduja chocolate gelato, CUT by Wolfgang Puck’s Valrhona Chocolate Soufflé (S$24) is pure unadulterated joy.

db Bistro changes its soufflé depending on the season. Over the past two years, we have sampled several variations, such as Vanilla Soufflé with spicy mango sorbet, and Chestnut Soufflé with blackcurrant sorbet.
Currently, the chef is serving a Durian Soufflé with mangosteen sorbet, as well as a Chocolate Soufflé with vanilla ice cream on the special menu which rotates periodically. No matter what flavour it is, db Bistro’s soufflés (S$15) are always excellent.

If there was a contest for the biggest soufflé, Morton’s rendition (S$37) would definitely win top spot. Morton’s has four different options – chocolate, Grand Marnier, lemon and raspberry. While the chocolate soufflé is always a good idea, the gorgeous Grand Marnier soufflé will impress even the toughest critics.

One of the romantic restaurants in Singapore that we reserve for a special occasion, The White Rabbit at Dempsey has an array of delicious desserts. The Crepes Suzette flambeed tableside is always a popular choice, but if you must also save room for its White Chocolate Souffle (S$18) served with a dense chocolate ice cream.

Another soufflé that we really like is the one from Wooloomooloo Steakhouse. With four different flavours - chocolate, raspberry, passionfruit and Grand Marnier – to choose from, you will be spoiled for choices. Wooloomooloo also has one of the best chocolate lava cakes in town.

You have some good recommendations, but I think you missed out the matcha and choc souffles at Miam Miam!
I totally agree that you have missed out Valrhona Chocolate Souffle from Miam Miam!
Miam Miam should be somewhere up there too!
Miam Miam souffle is good texture-wise, but too sweet for me!
