The staff couldn’t even get my appointment right. Made them look like amateurs in this industry. Their staff were unable to confirm my appointment immediately and after more than 2 hrs of checking, someone called me close to 10pm only to say that the earlier person I had spoken to had gone home and had asked him to call me instead. The date I had wanted wasn’t available so I booked it for the following week. The guy said it looked free but wanted to double check and would call me back again. He called back 20 mins later and confirmed my appt. He even took my credit card details lest I failed to show up. To my utter disappointment, he called me 3 days later to say he had overlooked my appt and the day I wanted was actually booked up too. If such shoddy service bespeaks the company, I don’t think it’s worthy of any 5 star status. No standard at all! ‘d say there are other better spas around. What an utter waste of my time!
