I don’t recommend Miharu Sapporo Ramen. The ramen is so so ( flavored egg was overcooked & they used spring onions instead of leek). Service was also bad. It felt as if I were in a local kopitiam. There was one server with a high pitched screeching voice who kept barking orders to the kitchen in Cantonese. Her mannerism was also quite rude. Not an enjoyable dining experience overall. You can get way better ramen elsewhere!

I think ikkousha is really good too their broth is superb although the chashu is a but too thin but it still hits the spot!

Some of these are seriously overrated. Amongst those that I’ve tried that is worth giving the thumbs up is Ippudo. I have yet to try the ones in Singapore though due to the excessively long queues. The one I’ve tasted in its home branch in Fukuoka was simply fantastic.

You have the wrong picture associated with Tonkatsu Kazan. The image you have positioned for TK is not of the TK restaurant. The table, ramen and items on the table, the bowl — none of these are Tonkatsu Kazan. It makes me wonder if any of your other photos are accurate. You can’t make mistakes like this on a page about food!

Halo! Was looking forward to try one of the ramens on this list and chose to drop by Ichimonji Ramen last Saturday. But alas, the sight of a closed stall greeted me and a random uncle from the kopitiam next door told us that the store ‘shifted to Taiwan’. Would be good to update as ‘closed’ on this list for other readers
Gonna try another shop!
