Wow you have covered a lot of places and this is a great to know on “Bali Eats”. I am glad you have mentioned several locally owned budget warungs like Pak Malen & Ibu Oka. I have just discovered a newly opened Caribbean restaurant, Chara on Jalan Braban which runs along the famous eat street. I just happened to be driving past and stopped as they were promoting a free beer with a meal and I was hungry and thirsty, so I thought why not give it a try. I have never had Caribbean food before so I didn’t really know what to expect. The food was sensational and I have to give this place a big thumbs up. I had the Caribbean Glazed Chicken Wings and the Blackened Tuna plus my free beer. I must say I could eat the chicken wings every day of the week.

What a great post! I love to go to Bali and have been to a couple of these places. Will have to check out the others too!
