Tian Tian chicken rice is horrible. I heard this stall is very famous, so I tried and was disappointed. I have eaten there a few times, with different people. Every time I've tried, the chicken is so-so at best. And they serve the chicken without the skin... perhaps it is not fresh? I will say that the chili is very good, but the chicken, is absolutely not the best. Leave this place to the tourists, there are many better chicken rice places to eat... I wonder if Lady Iron Chef is paid to write this review... I've never met a local that actually said Tian Tian chicken is nice...

Frequent customer at Joo chiat branch, many a time, will packet for at least 2 to 3 packets of either 2 big and 1small.
This is my feedback:
Today was served by 2 plum , one bald head and the other one dark skin, both Chinese guys. Rather rude with no smiling face but keep pestering to buy half a chicken. I have my reasons to place my orders based on my requirements.
Upon waiting, I have to remind the guy to add parsley and while taking the packet, even have to ask for extra chilli and black sauce. The answer the dark skinned guy said was, I have given you a big one, but I told her nicely , is okay you can take this back and give me 2 small ones instead.

This is something like my 6th times buying from jc branch and it will be my last time buying. Your 2 staff attitude puts me off and really don't know if your food are handled with hygiene.
Being nice and polite to them is of no use and seriously we as a customer are not committed to buy. Looks like I have to look for another branch of yours perhaps one with more courteous and friendly people.

Regards
