For good value good Zhi Char I recommend Ah Pang Steamboat at 159 Mei Chin Road food center. Yummy restaurant cuisine at hawker center price. Must also try their signature steamboat! Closed on Tue & Wed

I feel that Roland restaurant serves good seafood too. They used to co-partner with Palm Beach in the Stadium.

You should try the crabs (chilli & black pepper) @ Crab Party at Yio Chu Kang Road. Their salted eggs prawns are good too!
