This looks amazing. I have a terrible weakness for butter cream, and the cake itself looks too pretty to be eaten. Goodness. Can’t wait to try this recipe out! I’ve seen a couple of recipes for rainbow cakes, but yours look the prettiest so far. And I like how simple your recipe is.

The meringue doesn’t work. Had it in high in my mixer for 45mins straight, it doesn’t form up at all.

A cafe in Bt Merah Central had this as a Rainbow Cheesecake! Think they just opened not too long ago, and were trying out different cakes on their menu. Don’t find it on their menu anymore though, pity.

I know of this cake from Martha Stewart show. She shown it a few years ago with recipe on her blog. I made itstead swirl color batter . It was great for party.
