@Kelly We stayed in the Kinabalu wing. Not too sure about the other wing, but the whole resort experience was lovely.

what was the type of room you stayed? Any idea Which is better? The Tanjong wing or the Kinabalu wing?

@Angeline The place is really beautiful, I’d definitely recommend going there for a weekend getaway. As for the rates, you should check the different websites to compare. Kota Kinabalu is a great place for hiking,

@Jason I thought that the dim sum at Shang Palace Shangri-La’s Tanjung Aru Resort was normal. They have a reasonably-priced dim sum buffet, but I was not blown away by it.

Hey, this is exactly what I am looking at 2 days ago! Am thinking if it will be so picturesque as it looked on the website! Could u email me more details.. Like how much is the rate, which site can I get a good rate which I have tried like agoda etc.. Is there anything to do over at Kota kinabalu? I am so looking forward to CHI spa as my core.
