		<description><![CDATA[my friend and I was going to catch a movie at GV Katong. When we spotted an unusual Japanese Tonkatsu Specialty House&quot;Katsuya&quot;. They have fish, oyster, prawn, chicken, pork of course, beef and even Lamb. They signature dish heard to be the Lamb Katsu/Fry. We have it a shot... and really it was good:) Crispy outside and could even have medium finish in the inside. It&#039;s pretty affordable too. Maybe its because off city area. They are known to pair Tonkatsu with wine. Really gd. Chef is local but with Japan Chef&#039;s Licence. Not bad leh...]]></description>
