well, if that cuutie on the left is anything to go by, the coffee must be delicious to say the least…
will try this on my next stop in town… hopefully this is a shiny light in the customer service desert that is nowadays Singapore…

Being able to brew one of the best coffee in town is not enough, U still needs good services. Serving a cup of coffee(already lying on the cashier counter for atleast 5min collecting dust n polluted air particles) to customer is just too bad a service- a service that is totally unacceptable. Trying to explain n reason with customer into accepting that $3.80 5oz coffee is not only making a Fool of the customer, U are also making yourself A BIG FOOL!!!
