I don't know if you were aware, but this bouchon was recently featured on Raymond Blanc's "The Very Hungry Frenchman", here in England (Episode 3). Raymond used it as his base to cook a feast for his French friends in Lyon - all of it as beautiful as your pictures. I found the restaurant enchanting from the very first shot; it looked so traditional and comfortable.
I don't know if Raymond is popular in Singapore, but he is definitely a good chef to take a look out and check out when you come to England. His chain "Brasserie Blanc" serves great food at a reasonable but expensive price, and his Michelin starred restaurant is almost impossible to get a booking at.
