The pandan souffle dessert was rather disappointing – besides being watery inside, they replaced the fresh fruits with three tiny pieces of strawberry compote which l left untouched as it looked so unappetising. The photo on ur blog is therefore most misleading. I can supply a photo of that dessert today to verify.
