I really enjoyed reading this post. Each bullet point was so spot on. I was led to your website today from a friend that is from Singapore but currently lives in Houston, TX. I will be in Singapore this coming May and would love to join you for a meal.

Hi LadyIronChef, I’m visiting from London and need your opinion urgently. If you were visiting Singapore just for one night, which fine dining place would you pick for dinner? Will either Iggy’s or Sky on 57 be a good choice?

I agree, especially with #2 above. Upon your blog’s recommendation, my friend and I made reservations to have Sunday brunch buffet at Equinox this coming weekend. Her sabbatical from her work in the US is about to end, and we decided to come over from PH and spend a few days in SG.
