I do NOT recommend warung italia, I have been there twice and i was really sick, if you want to eat good italian in Bali you should try rolling fork in jalan kunti or Marzano for pizzas… I also agree with John, The pearl is one of the best restaurants in the area, their cocktails are amazing too!

Perhaps you should update this entry with more details. The writeup on Metis is so brief – i have no idea what sort of food they serve or what is the price range like or whether the food is any good. i know if i dig around the internet i’ll find it eventually but this entry sets itself to be a one-stop list of all the great things in seminyak – it was so promising at first but it felt like the author got bored and decided not to write very much.

Well I have to agree that warung made is the least fave to go.. There are more plenty places to eat in seminyak… if u want german food, try mama’s at legian nearby to all the club n bali ground zero… bug portions n worth of the price. I think wahaha is better than nuri’s. Babi guling candra in teuku umar, denpasar is better than pak malen. If ure muslim, try ibu weti chikcen rice (chicken version of babi guling). Please b there b4 9 am as it . will be sold out afterwards.

AHA this article is a nice joke!! You know where the best restaurant of Seminyak is??? The Pearl French restaurant located in double six street is literally the best place to eat in Seminyak and Bali!!!

Try Babylon Warung in sunset road in front of dealer yamaha semangat catur merta, the food is very delicious with 10% discount off.

Hi,

I am a Singaporean living in Bali around the Seminyak area, and I must honestly say your recommendations are not entirely great.

This just seems like a list of ten places you ate at in Seminyak. For example:” I can just say that I’ve been to Made’s Warung since it is an institution in Bali, but I definitely don’t need to go back again.”. Does this sound like a review of the 10 places TO eat in Seminyak (which carry a re-commendatory connotation) or a commentary on the locations you visited.

Beyond this, there are other places in Seminyak more deserving. I.E. Warung Sulawesi Opposite of Warung Eropa, Warung Batavia near Jln Kunti, Bali Catering Company, & such.

The main point is this; if you wanted to write a list of ten places you could eat in bali then you could just directed us to the yellow pages/tripadvisor site. Nonetheless, if you wanted to write a list of ten places to eat in bali worth reading, you would have wrote a list of places worth visiting. So in conclusion, which ever means you chose to write your article, just do it right.
