If you prefer traditional baked mooncakes, you should totally try the ones from The Ritz-Carlton. It's close to perfection for me. :)

Went by the Taka fair and I agree with joyce as well... the snowskin mooncake from "La Luna (or something like that), soursop which has bits of chunk inside" is really quite interesting!

Personally, i think mao shan wang durian mooncakes are the best- by GOOD WOOD Park hotel. They have the lychee martini too, and the mango pomelo with nata de coco. Worth a try.
Haagen DAZ Ice cream ones are good too.
For traditional, four seasons ones and raffles hotel arenwuite good. The paste t is not too sweet.

Jewels salted caramel is good, and I do like their espresso truffle too. I bought a box and it's already half gone :p Go to the Taka fair, try the samples. Other interesting ones Cookie Museum which has brandy and durian, mango and white chocolate. From La Luna (or something like that), soursop which has bits of chunk inside, prefer that to the ultra smooth ones.
