Just went there today for dim sum lunch..Fully agree with Phyllis’ comments on their service. It is indeed appalling. Was made to stand up from my seat to allow waitress to serve food to another table as the tables were squeezed so close together. The ohk double boiled shark fin soup was diluted and lukewarm at best. Really regret coming here..so never coming!!!

Horrible….

Was at Novena today,service is the worst I ever been treated.

I rather to buy a bread talk and eat under the hot sun.

i have tried Peking duck with duck meat wrap and steam with beancurd skin.

Never really eat the duck meat, the whole meal wondering where is my duck meat. I saw them took out a big duck, but they only serve me probably 15% of my duck meat.
This is my worst restaurant in Singapore

Old hong kong at raffles city as one of the worst dim sum restaurant in Singapore. I went this morning at about 11.30am, despite no crowd at at, I have to wait more than 5mins to be seated. The dim sum was cold and the service is very poor. Had to call a few times before someone attended toys. I was recommended budda jump over the wall costing $32 but what I got was only lukewarm clear soup with a small abalone and a few small pieces of sharks fins. It’s definitely not worth it. The whole meal for 3 person cost me $132. It will never go there Again!

their char siew sou taste really bad! it took
me a few bites before i tasted the char siew. the outer layer was way too thick.

Oh i think i forgot to add Imperial Treasure Nan Bei at Takashimaya also. Service wise may seem kinda rushed alittle because of the HUGE crowd it has on weekends but food wise its really not too bad. Custard buns quite nice also.

Wow…looks like this is another place i got to try! Oh do try Bosses Restaurant @ Vivocity also! Not too bad. They once mentioned something about a promo from 2.15pm to 5.15pm on weekends but i forgot how much discount it was. Do call and verify!..
