We went to the Fordham and grand restaurant. Fordham serves western food and it’s quite good. We ordered 2 steals and got a shock when the bill came. For the steaks, if you wanted a batter cut, you needed to add on a $28 onto the $24. And if you don’t look at the menu properly, you only see the $28 price. We ordered a cocktail, 2 steaks and wine and 2 appetizers and it came up to about 200 dollars. Kinda of a pricy supper. Good food nonetheless. Read the menu before ordering.

There is a Gossip cafe that opens till 2am in Serangoon Gardens. Western and some fusion-y dishes plus a wide range of Belgium and German beers. Parking just beside the place, so it’s really convenient.

Eh rubbish, poor my ass. If you are eating late in the AM you are affordable, the “poor man” needs to work the next day.

Btw no one ever lists Han’s for some reason. 24hr hans along holland dr, with a 24 hr ntuc beside it as well.
Watch for wardens at the closer public carpark, season only till 7am. All items on menu avail except juices and whole chickens.

For those who are not aware, Bliss at Punggol Park has shifted to Ang Mo Kio Town Garden East since end April.

For fans of nasi lemak, try Punggol Nasi Lemak at Upper Serangoon Road which opens till late night. This is the famous nasi lemak stall which recently got involved in a bankruptcy case.

Anyone knows of a place that serves seafood (fish & crabs esp) or have steamboats/buffets till late night (till at least 1am?)

I want to bring my mum for a treat – she is picky (no pork/steaks/burgers/over-cooked veggies) and we work in the retail line so we can’t close our shop till 10pm. ~.~

I’d recommend Fat Boys too, for people staying around the region. After 10pm they have a $10 per pint Stellar Artois / Hoegaarden.

Their burgers there are not too bad, juicy patties with usually a good portion of fries.

*P.S. Fat Boys has more branches now.
