Tried the Qi Ji popiah. Yummilisious. BTW, popiah happens to be my favourite singpore hawker food. To me popiah is like chaat(indian street food). There is so much variety of food to try here. But since I don't eat pork and beaf, a lot of my choices are cut down. Saw you post on dim sum. The pics look so lovely. Can you please suggest some dim sum which do not contain beef/pork? Would love to try them.

You can try out this popiah stall at Bedok Reservoir Road, Blk 739! I love the taste of the turnip. Juicy and sweet! Even the chilli is self-made by the popiah uncle himself! Popiahs were never my kind of thing until I tried this stall's popiah! Go check it out!

I love popiah too! But most of the popiahs sold in hawker centers/food courts are just a waste of money and calories. The skin is always dry and chewy, and the filling is so little and tasteless.

My favourite popiah is the one at Newton Circus. Don't remember their name, but it's simply delish! Although they have been featured as food Nazis for implementing the "must buy at least 2" policy, I still go back to eat it! Because I just couldn't find any popiah that can give me the same taste!
