This was at the Canele restraunt in The Pargon Singapore….wet limpy lettuce that diluted the dressing….the bacon so cooked it was almost black and so crispy that I couldnt eat it.The croutons didnt exist, instead it was two slices of French roll toasted, no butter or garlic, just two slices of dry toast sitting on the side of the plate..the egg was OK.
I was so angry I went back the day after and let the manager know how dissatisfied I was and told him I was going to complain via the web.
Lovely comfortable pink chairs to sit at the table but the food – 10.
The cakes from Canele in Scott Road are very nice and yummy, and well presented, I wll buy cakes again but the lovely pink chairs wont tempt me again.
